Today is the final day for the email submissions of the MHSBCA All-State Nomination form. All 2018 MHSBCA All State Nomination Forms are due back to Dave Scheer NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, JUNE 7, 2018. Email forms to: dscheer25@gmail.com. Instructions are on the form. The form can be found on our website under "forms". The form is an Adobe and can be typed on. You must download a copy and save it on your computer first. Then type your info and save. This saved copy can then be attached to an email.
